A little info about me

If you're considering entrusting me to document the biggest day of your life, you should probably get to know me a little more...

I was born in Romania and spent most of my childhood there. I spent part of my life in the U.K and decided the lifestyle there wasn't for me. Long story short, I bought a one way ticket to Australia in 2012 on my own and here I am, very happy to call it my home.

Being passionate about the ocean, naturally, my photography journey began at the beach after my now wife, Nikki, bought me my first camera. At the time Nikki was working in-house for a beauty brand and I had the amazing opportunity to begin my career shooting beauty and product. This played a huge role in my development as a photographer and I quickly realised I had a passion for photographing people.

Then when working along side a friend shooting a wedding, I discovered that I had way more fun and satisfaction capturing the buzz of a wedding, as opposed to being indoors in the studio all day.

Whilst I still work in commercial product photography regularly, along side Nikki from our studio, what I really love is capturing those golden in-between moments that often tend to slip by on the biggest day of your life. My style is candid, I focus on capturing your day as it unfolds naturally in front of the lens. This helps to create a beautiful, organic visual story with a documentary style that will enable you relive your true, authentic wedding day, time and time again.

Most couples tend to feel a little awkward in front of the camera, myself and Nikki included; that's why I like to keep my images as natural as possible without forcing you into awkward poses. My relaxed nature and approach will have you feeling at ease and comfortable in front of the camera, meaning you can wholeheartedly enjoy every minute of your big day, whilst hanging out and having fun with the people you love the most.
